Mohammed Sadiq, PE
President
Mr. Mohammed Sadiq has over 12 years of experience in the field of bridge inspection, bridge load rating and bridge construction inspection. He has performed load rating, drafting, repair design work, and inspection of bridges of various sizes and configurations across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
He has served as a team leader for inspection and maintenance of various types of bridges, culverts and ancillary highway structures. He has also performed in-depth structural inspection of various bridge elements including fracture critical members and fatigue prone details. As chief inspector, he worked with the contractor and ensured the work has been performed as per plans and specifications.
His inspection reports included documentation of structural conditions, recommendations for repairs, and updating bridge management systems. Mr. Sadiq is knowledgeable in manuals, such as AASHTO LRFD Bridge Design, ASCE Steel Construction, ACI Standard Specifications, MBE, and more. He is proficient in using software applications such as BrR (Virtis), MicroStation, AutoCAD, Excel, Midas, and BDIS.

Sharif Talukder, P.E.
VICE PRESIDENT AND SENIOR STRUCTURAL ENGINEER
Sharif Talukder, P.E. is Vice President and Senior Structural Engineer at American Structural Engineering (ASE), bringing over 11 years of experience in structural engineering, bridge inspection, construction inspection, and load rating. Since joining ASE in 2020, he has led and supported complex bridge and ancillary structure inspection programs for major transportation agencies including NYSDOT, NYSTA, NYSBA, NJDOT, NJTA, CTDOT, MassDOT, ODOT, PANYNJ, RIDOT, and TBTA.
His expertise includes bridge inspection, fracture-critical inspection, load rating, structural evaluation, and ancillary structure inspection. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut, with advanced industry training in bridge safety inspection, fracture-critical inspection, and ancillary structure inspection.
As a SPRAT Level I Rope Access Technician and FAA Part 107 Certified Remote Pilot, Sharif leverages specialized access methods and drone technology to safely inspect complex and hard-to-reach bridges.
